As we all know, we are amidst a pandemic and there is a lot of miscommunication and misinformation through people via social media or even rumors that are being spread. That is the reason for the title ‘Stay Alert, Not Anxious’. This week, I will be providing some online resources that provide information on the matter. I will not<\/strong> inform you about COVID-19 since I do not want to misinform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Firstly, I would like to share the YouTube channel of Dr. Mike<\/a>. He is an actual Medical Doctor (MD) who likes to \u201cmake the field of medicine relatable, understandable, and fun.\u201d Through this situation he has explained what is currently going on with COVID-19 and he is also tackling misinformation that is being spread through news sources and social media. I highly recommend checking him out since he is a legitimate source of information.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another resource that we should all pay attention to is the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which is the leading public health institute of the U.S. If you go online to the CDC<\/a> page, you can learn factual information about COVID-19 and how to protect yourself and the steps to take for when you might think you have the symptoms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
