How has the Compact Scholars Program helped you throughout your college career?
The Compact Scholars Program has helped me throughout my college career by informing me of various ways I can get involved within the school.
Tell us about an experience you have had outside of class. (Job, internship, project, etc.) A memorable experience outside of school was at work when I was helping a lady out with her ice cream order. She apparently loved my customer service and offered me a job at a bank. While I did not apply for the job because working at a bank would be difficult as a full time student, it was nice to be recognized for my hard work. Overall it was very motivating.
What is your favorite class on campus and why?
My favorite class on campus has been my Japanese classes because the classes are small, meets four times a week and contains a lot of group interaction so by the end of the semester you meet a lot of great new friends.
